The Immerse Chiller Certification program was crafted using months of research and development gathered by professionals looking to exponentially maximize the power of the human body and capitalize on the tools we already have to boost the metabolism and immune system in a holistic, natural way.

What Each Session Includes:

  • One private, 60-minute float coupled with a guided meditation and lecture played through the underwater speakers of our pods- this brief lecture teaches the participant about the history and science of breathing techniques, and also the power of controlled, cold water exposure on the human body.
  • A series of one-on-one, guided breathing exercises after your float by our certified breath work guide, inside the privacy of your own room. 
  • An assisted plunge into our Magnesium-infused, cold-water tub, utilizing the newly learned breathing exercises 
  • A post-plunge warm cup of herbal tea and the opportunity to reflect on your experience in our lobby
  • Immerse Chiller Certificate and membership card 

Classes Wednesdays at 6 pm, and 830 pm | 90$ plus tax for Float/Breath Work/Guided cold water – Certification as an Immerse Chiller
