Contrast Room Now Available!

Our contrast room features a variety of amenities that are designed to provide a complete sensory experience. We offer a traditional sauna that offers heat exceeding 170F, which is perfect for sweating out toxins and promoting relaxation. We also have a cold plunge pool filled with clean salt water that sits at a refreshing 40-45F, offering a contrast to the heat of the sauna that helps stimulate circulation and promote overall wellness.

In addition to the sauna and cold plunge pool, our contrast room also features red light therapy, which is known to promote collagen production, reduce inflammation, and enhance cellular repair. We also have an oxygen bar that offers a boost of fresh oxygen to help improve your focus and concentration.

Our private room can be booked out for an hour and can fit up to 2 people, making it the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time with a friend or loved one. Whether you are looking to relax, detoxify, or boost your overall wellness, our contrast room has something for everyone.
