Yoga is all about strength, balance and flexibility in both the body and the mind. We offer a variety of styles, but here are some of the benefits you can typically expect from one of our classes – increased flexibility/mobility, muscle strength and full body toning, improved energy, circulation, digestion and respiration, protection and recovery from injury and sense of well being and peace both physically and mentally.

Warm Yoga Flow

Let your love flow

This vinyasa style class invites the body through a series of mindful movements, flowing together in synchronicity with the breath. More than just a yoga class – we integrate stretch, strength & balance to explore both the physical and spiritual aspects of one’s being. Leave all expectations at the door and let your soul be the guide as you free your body + open your mind.

Warm Yin

Surrender to stillness

In yin we slow everything down, allowing for a gradual and safe opening of the joints, tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Postures are held for an extended period of time to embody optimal stretch + relaxation. We’re all about balance, so we highly recommend Yin as a counter-practice to our more intense Classes. New to yoga or just getting started? This class is great for you.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic sequence of yoga postures, performed in a specific order, that emphasize the flow and breath between movements. The poses – or asanas, are held for five breaths and linked through vinyasas and increase in difficulty as you go. THe Ashtanga method is rooted in the concept of tristhana (three points of attention): pranayama (breath), asana (postures), and drsti (focus through the gaze), which encourages ashtanga practitioners to focus on introspection, making the practice a form of moving meditation. The ashtanga sequence is perfect to increase strength, stamina and flexibility and is sure to make you sweat and progress in your yoga journey.

Restorative Yoga

Surrender to stillness

The gentlest of classes. Postures are supported with props, and held for multiple minutes. Use this class to soothe sore muscles, create balance with your vigorous activities, or to promote deep relaxation and stress relief.

The grounding, complete full breathing and quietness of restorative yoga help us elicit the relaxation response. The relaxation response is a neurological response that tells us we are safe, pulls us out of “flight or fight” mode, and initiates the body’s self-healing process.

Hot Power Yoga

Turn stress into sweat

In this class we focus on strengthening and toning the body through a series of powerful yoga-flows and peak postures. A challenge for both the body and the mind that will leave you feeling restored + energized. Leave it all on the mat – don’t worry, we’ll mop it up after.

Yin / Yan

The Best of Both Worlds

First, we flow then we let go. Soul Blend combines two styles of yoga, embodying strength to integrate softness. We begin by moving the body through a series of awakening postures and flows, then surrender to stillness in the second half. Think of this as the perfect fusion between Flow and Yin.

26 & 2

Hot 26 & 2 is the original hot Bikram Yoga method, which consists of a powerful 26 posture series practiced for 60 or 90 minutes in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40%. The 26 posture series is designed to warm the whole body, allowing students to work deeper into the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, glands, ligaments and organs while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body.

Fusion

This is not a yoga class. Fusion is a practice of freedom, resilience, and a celebration for all your body can do. We move through phases of pilates-inspired, yoga-based, high-intensity movements, inviting you to feel and push yourself on a deeper level. Both challenging and meditative, Fusion is an experience that will surely get you out of your head and into your body.
