Women’s Circles offer a unique opportunity to improve happiness and life fulfillment. There was no handbook when we graduated to being a woman in today’s fast evolving world. We live in an awakening society where shutting down or lashing out is detrimental to the progression in every aspect of life.
In this circle, we will provide each other with a supportive sense of sisterhood & connection by starting with an optional check-in, followed by a guided meditation. Then we will flow into group journaling & collective optional sharing where we will hold space to share goals, concerns & stories if one is feeling called to share.
